@Andy: That was the surprising bit. It was at the bottom of the “hill”. To be honest it was one of those short steep inclines that would probably be replaced by steps if it wouldn’t create accessibility issues but I seriously doubt a wheelchair could make it. In reality, it probably can’t be cycled safely for a shared pathway…but it might have given me an idea for a new annual event! :c)
